At full rollout, this will include:
Childcare for all children from 9 months to 4 years. 20 hours a week, 48 weeks of the year, while maintaining the current 30 hour per week childcare offer for Wales.This will be worth £30,000 per child.
No conditions. No exclusions. Universal support for every family.
